Integrative Energy Medicine

Integrative Energy Medicine works with the energy field of the body. To clear, restore, and integrate all aspects of your being. (Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, Mental, and Ancestral) This session blends both Integrative medicine and energy medicine. My Western training is always present. Brennan healing science also utilizes somatic release work. Root Cause Therapy and Theta healing assist to release unwanted beliefs, thoughts, and programs that no longer serve you. I also utilize Somatic Release breathwork, Cranial sacral therapy, and -Fusion light therapy to assist when needed. I may also add in a Flower essence to help support your emotional body. $175/55min

Extended Session

If you are requesting an extended session - You will have an 80-minute session in total-It goes for half an hour over your 55-minute session that has been booked prior to this time.

Somatic Release Breathwork

Somatic Release Breathwork utilizes a “conscious connected breath". An intentional breathing technique that involves a continuous and circular pattern of inhalation and exhalation without pauses between the two. An energetic technique that assists in being present to your experience, feel what comes forward and move through it while breathing through anything that may arise in your window of tolerance. It allows you to integrate all that comes forward, when connected to the body with conscious awareness and presence. Having a quiet, comfortable place to sit or lying down for the duration. Solara Gem Session

I will specifically test and select the crystals (gemstones) with light-colored filters for you. I then energetically place them upon your body for healing. I have found that long-distance sessions work as well as in-person. Sign up, then email your intention for healing prior to your time. I will work on you during the time selected. Sol Journeys Retreats are either 3-day or 6-day offerings. A time to disconnect in order to reconnect with the real you. A time to be with like-minded individuals. We drop into ceremony while discovering areas physically and emotionally that are looking for more balance and peace.
